You’ll visit all of Florence’s top piazzas and sites, as well as the city’s two biggest showplaces.
We start in the north of the city with the Accademia Gallery, then the Duomo, with its famous Bell Tower, and Baptistery.
Lunch brings us to Piazza della Signoria, which boasts a very fine collection of Renaissance sculptures.
We follow this with a trip to the Uffizi Gallery, home to dozens of world-renowned masterpieces including Botticelli’s “The Birth of Venus,” Leonardo da Vinci’s “Annunciation,” and Michelangelo’s “ Holy Family,” among others.

What To Expect
Piazza della Signoria
Your guide will meet you in Piazza della Signoria, the political hub of the city. Following this, you will proceed on foot to the nearby Uffizi Gallery for your morning visit to the museum.

Here, you will see great works made by Italy's best Renaissance artists, like the unmatched Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Titian, Giotto, and Caravaggio. Among the many famous pieces shown are Botticelli's *Birth of Venus* and Leonardo's *Annunciation*, with others beside some that show the life and power of Renaissance Florence. Ponte Vecchio
We move on to one of Florence’s most famous attractions: the Ponte Vecchio, Florence’s oldest bridge. This bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities with views over the hills surrounding Florence. Your guide will tell you all about the interesting history of how the Vasari Corridor has affected the shops situated along the bridge. Piazza della Repubblica
After lunch, your guide will meet you to continue your tour. While walking through the historic streets of Florence- a charming city of the Renaissance with a romantic vibe and beautiful piazzas- at this moment, the experience of your local licensed guide becomes really important. The numerous monuments that embellish your route will tell the interesting history of this amazing place.

Florence Duomo (Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore)
After that, you will go to the great Piazza Duomo. In its middle stands the pretty Cathedral, decorated with fine and unique marble carvings. Dominating the area is Brunelleschi’s Dome, a wonder of Renaissance architecture and a lasting symbol of Renaissance Florence.

It will end with a visit to Michelangelo’s most famous sculpture—David. This piece needs to be seen from different angles while circling it; the other way does not give half the appreciation of Michelangelo’s genius.
