Renowned as the very center of the Italian Renaissance, Florence boasts some of the most imposing and inspiring works of art in Western Civilization.
As you tour this fabulous city, we start from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria – its two largest squares.
After that, you’re going to enjoy a walk through the mesmerizing Medieval district, with tower houses and lovely alley-ways dating way back into history.
A visit to the Ponte Vecchio, the only standing bridge after World War II in Florence, is worthwhile.
Our initial acquaintance with the town will have us, among other things, see Michelangelo’s David at the Academy Gallery by express entrance tickets.
After having lunch, we will continue with our tour at the Uffizi Gallery.
Here we have express entrance tickets.
It is Italy’s most popular art museum, where you can see the works of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Titian, and many other giants.
